Freddie Coleman

Fred grew up in a military family. His father was a 20-year Air Force veteran, and Fred is a 9-year Marine Corp veteran. He started playing hockey at the age of 9 in Illinois, and played until he was eighteen. Fred played a season of juniors hockey in the Western States Hockey League for the Las Vegas Rattlers. Fred is in his seventh year as a coach and fourteenth as a referee. In addition to being an Assistant Coach for the 2007 Bulls team, he is the head coach of the 2008 Bulls team.  Fred holds several hockey certifications including: USA Hockey CEP Level 3, USA Hockey Official Level 3, American Collegiate Hockey Association Referee, and U.S. Premier Hockey League Referee. Fred met his wife, Jewell, while playing hockey. She was a goalie. They have three sons Trent (9), Jared (7), and Dylan (6) who all play hockey.
